LOCATION: The Royal Lanta Resort is located on Koh Lanta Yai, an island on the Andaman Sea in Southern Thailand's Krabi Province. The resort is situated on Klong Dao beach, overlooking the islands of Koh Phi Phi Don and Koh Phi Phi Le.
Drive time from Krabi Town to Khlong Jiraj Pier in Krabi is approximately 20 minutes, 40 minutes from Krabi Airport or 3 hour from Phuket International Airport then it is a 3 hour passenger’s ferry trip to Koh Lanta Yai or Koh Lanta Noi Island. Ferries depart at 10.00 hours and 13.30 hours.
ACCOMMODATION: Tucked away on a remote island along a three quarter mile long white sand beach, surrounded by tropical gardens, the traditional Thai style villas offer luxury comfortable rooms as of a first class resort, all with private balconies.
