Location : Located at the southern tip of Phuket Island, at the bottom of the hill leading to Cape Panwa Hotel and next door to the Marine Biology Institute and Aquarium. 42 kilometers to Phuket International Airport.

Accommodation :  47 Studio, 30 One bedroom, 12 Two bedroom in 6-storey Building. 

In room facilities :  Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette, a dining and living area, individual air-condition, bath tub and shower, cable T.V. with satellite, radio and cassette player, IDD telephone, refrigerator, daily maid service, rice cooker, toaster, hairdryer and iron on request.

Dining & Entertainment :  Clock House (outdoor cafe serving Thai and Western favorites seafood BBQ on TUE/THU/SAT) - 40 seats, Dolphin Bar - Lounge bar with enterainment 100 seats, Laem Panwa Restaurant (outdoor by seafront, local Thai food and specializes in seafood BBQ) 60 seats and Uncle Nan’s Restaurant (overlooking Panwa Bay, Italian cuisine) 60 indoor seats & 40 outdoor seats.
