Remark : Asian Delight always charges your credit card in Thai Baht Currency. We will apply exchange rate as announced by the Bank of Thailand in conversion of the quoted US Dollar amount into Thai Baht. Therefore, the amount shows on monthly statement sent to you by respective credit card Company might be slightly different from out quoted amount due to exchange rate difference.
Payment & Voucher Issuance : We will reconfirm your booking via e-mail and your hotel voucher will be ready for you to print out. Please note that you need to present the hotel voucher at the hotel reservation desk for check in.
Refund Policy :
- There will be NO CHARGE if we are notified of the cancellation 14 days or more prior to the Check-In date or the date specify otherwise in our " Availability Status ".
- Cancellation later than the day specified in refund policy no.1 or in case of no show, at least one night rate for each room and a 5% of the total amount (for the credit card processing fee) will be charged.
