Booking Procedure: We will assign the "Booking No." to you, once you fill the "Hotel Availability Request Form" and submit to us. Please note down your booking number since it would serve as your reference in checking your booking status. We will not need your credit card detail at this stage. You can check the status of your request by clicking at "Check Booking" button on each page. You can expect our answer within 24 hours (or 48 hours in case of weekend). If there is the availability at your requested hotel / package tour, the status will show "Ready! Waiting for Payment". Please note that it is not a confirmed booking.
Payment Procedure: If you are satisfy and want to make a reservation, you need to confirm the booking by clicking "Pay Now" or "Payment by Fax" button (your credit card detail required) and proceed to submit payment. The sooner you can confirm the booking, the more likely you will get the reservation you want.
Voucher Issuance: Once your credit card is approved, your booking status will show "Payment Received" and your hotel voucher will be ready for you to print out . Please print this voucher and hand it to the hotel's staff when you check in. In the case that you may not be able to print the hotel voucher, please proceed directly to the hotel check-in desk, there will be a copy of the hotel voucher waiting for you there.
Amendments: In case you want to amend your confirmed reservation, please e-mail providing your Booking No. and your request amendment. We will notify you via e-mail weather your requests are available or not.
Cancellations: Booking must be cancelled at least 14 days prior to the check in date. In this case only credit card fee of 5% will be charged to your credit card account. However, once your reservation is confirmed, we are entitled to charge the first night plus 5% of total sum to your credit card account in case of no show, or if notified less than 14 days prior to your check in date, unless stated otherwise.
Rates & Validity: Room rates are quoted in Thai Baht or US Dollars inclusive of government taxes and services charges. The rates are valid during the effective period. Unless otherwise stated, rates are subjected to change without prior notice.
Liability: holidaydiscount.com is a Hotel Reservation Center / Agent" for hotels and other suppliers and shall not be responsible or liable for any accident, loss, damage or injury pertaining to any services or products provided by hotels or suppliers.
